    Your ticket is in the turn. Just you are not alone who want to update your software to 4.2 version.
    Next time you may just call our live chat to hurry up the owner or get know your ticket status.

    yeah i get no response as well

    where do i need to go to get answers for my install ? on one answering my tickets or emails.
