Plugin Manager not showing anything

Hi All.

I am using Flynax 4.2 and have an issue where when I click AP>Plugins>Plugins, nothing appears in the "Plugin Manager" section.

I have a few plugins installed and I am even unsure if anything is supposed to appear in the Plugin Manager????

My thoughts are that it would display all installed plugins and allow you to remove them or enable manually installed plugins??

This has been an issue since day one, but is now a problem because I need to manually install a plugin.

Can anyone offer any advice as to what the problem may be?

Edit: I have tried playing with folder permissions and fopen with no luck. I can install plugins from the Flynax feeds, but not manually.
