I know this has been mentioned a few times before. But the biggest site where i come from has recently implemented something like this.
I have never really thought this to be the best idea but if the biggest site in our country uses it then maybe flynax should aswell.
It seems to be mainly for car dealer companies to use where buyers can have a live chat with these companies if the company is online. It has a popup in the corner when a company is online. see attachment
I suppose the plugin would need the ability to choose which account types can use the chat when online, such as companies.
