Fields, listings, accounts, languages disappear in admin after 4.1 to 4.2 update

Dear Flynax,

I have made the update from 4.1 to 4.2, but all the fields, listings, accounts, all the lists disappear on the admin panel?

(Frontpage is ok, without any error)

Please let me know, what is the problem..

Seems there is problem with php part of the grids, i can't tell exactly without looking into it, can you pm details or create ticket.
