As there is no documentation for Flynax or the plugins, I'm constantly doing live chats with Linda and logging support tickets. It occurred to me, that this must waste a massive amount of your time as I'm sure people are asking the same silly questions over and over.

I thought that as an alternative, would you consider taking what documentation you do have and dropping it into a Wiki, then let the community start adding what they've learn't to it. See what Magento have done here for their ecommerce application - http://www.magentocommerce.com/wiki/
