I'd like to build a content box to show listings which have a low quantity. What should I do?

I'm using the shopping cart. There, I defined the available quantity of the listing. The quantity will decrease when a buyer purchases the items. I want to show the products, which have quantity less than a certain level.

We can do it as a customization only. You can create new ticket with your request if you need it.
