Set An Owner field in New Listing?

Hi.
When I go to create a new listing via the admin (ie. Listings > Add a Listing), the first field shown is "Set an Owner" with a regular text input field. What exactly do I enter here?

And, if the new listing belongs to a listing type that is Administrator Only, what would I enter into the "Set an Owner" field?

It uses the usernames of the accounts, so if your setting it to a certain user start typing then it auto searches as you type each letter. If your setting to admin account type admin username
