Use Account Address

Can someone help me with this? When adding a listing, at the bottom of the page you see a check box asking if you should use account address, when I click this box I taught it would add my address to the new listing but this is not the case. Instead It only add the country field to the location of section of the listing. I am having trouble because I use the location as a search field and it is not working properly because the right information isn't been added to the listing.
