Inactive listing shows as active

Hi,
This is a serious problem that need to be checked out asap. I have submit ticket at the beginning of this week but still haven't got any reply yet. So I will post it here. Hopefully some1 know how to deal with it.
Just as title stated
The listing period has expired but it still show as active, check this iphone 10 listing

Please fix this as soon as possible. This is a real problem.

Dear Yung,

This means that you have not set up Cron Jobs.
You need to set it up; look on Cron Jobs setup
