Top Banner on Header - real estate

Can somebody tell me what i have to do to put Top Banner on the Header, to replace the slogan, on real estate Realty Spring template.

Hi Ricardo,

I think the slogan you're talking about is text rather than an image. You canchange it by

- logging into the admin backend
- click on the 'language's link
- click on the 'manage phrases' link on the far right of your language
- click on the 'search' button
- type part of the slogan in there and click on the 'search' button
- You should see the slogan appear below
- In my case, I just deleted it all and pressed the space bar to add a single space, then pressed ctrl + Enter

This will remove the slogan, but the image remains. I've had custom work done to my template by Flynax, so I think my graphic is different to the spring template.
