    Possible issue is permissions on the tmp folder, more about the issue you can get if you enable debug in the includes/config.inc.php

    open the file and change

    Code:
    Only registered members can view the code.
    to

    Code:
    Only registered members can view the code.
    in addition to the blank screen you should get error message.

    Hi Mike,

    I changed the permission of the tmp folder to 0777.
    I changed the line for: define ('RL_DB_DEBUG', true);
    I also changed the line for the url correct: define( 'RL_URL_HOME', 'new url' );

    But the problem continue.

    If you have changed the url of the site, it wont load as the license is for the domain name you purchased it for, you will have to contact flynax to get it changed

    Chris right - only way to resolve such issues contact our tech support with all necessary information (old domain name, new domain name, ftp login details to the new domain name)

    Also it's necessary to remove completely all files from the old domain.
