    website down with some error message after changing the VPS machine

    Hi, we have changed our VPS (spec. cenos 6, plesk 10.3). our website was in centos 5 and plesk 9 where we setup the site. now when i transfer the site by coping the database and all files the site is giving error. we have 2 more sites in Wordpress which had similar error when i changed to CGI from fast CGI wordpress site is working but http://www.supercarnutstrader.com is not working i tried to run it as apache module, fast cgi, cgi, safe mode on/off still its giving the same error. i also tried host.conf file but no effect so far.

    The Error messages i am getting:

    Warning: require_once() [function.require-once]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/var/www/domain.com/httpdocs/includes/control.inc.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/domain.com:tmp) in /var/www/domain.com/index.php on line 42

    Warning: require_once(/var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/includes/control.inc.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in /var/www/domain.com/index.php on line 42

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/var/www/domain.com/httpdocs/includes/control.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php') in /var/wwwdomain.com/index.php on line 42

    I have issued a ticket but flynex refused to help as i have run out of paid support. So if anybody can give free help I would appreciate. Thanks

    Hello Truska,

    You should change system path in ftp://includes>>config.inc.php file

    find line: define( 'RL_ROOT', 'here_your_old_path' );

    When you change it it should be ok.
    Viktor,
    Flynax technical department,
    Best wishes.
