Your site hosted on hostforweb.com and here is control panel to access your hosting server, so if you can access it, then you can easy access phpMyAdmin.

Our 'hosted' accounts hasn't access to ftp and to database because 'hosted' version has some restrictions that's why price for 'hosted' version less then 'software' version.

Hope Jonathan have access to the admin panel now, as i have recently restored access to the admin panel too when worked on ticket.
