Looking for help with what library in the DB I can change the Text here per attached.

1. Listing details page "Profile Settings"
2. "Comments" & "Add Comments"

They receive message "Your account type doesn’t offer the option to add profiles."

We have tried logging in with their accounts and are able to duplicate this issue. What is causing this?

Ok, changing it to 'single-profile-package' and worked. Set as 'upgrade-to-featured' doesn't work.

Strange, I'm using 'make_featured' which is not being used, and it's not showing on the front end.

I couldn't find any info on the forum for this.. How to add another listing package?

I have 2 listing packages, 1 free and 1 featured/paid. Want to add another featured/paid for a longer period...

Listings are showing "Inactive or expired" but Admin field is set to "0" for unlimited time.
How to fix this issue so that profiles remain active?
