When i delete all these entries from database counters not reset also. can i solve this?

I want to delete all listings,accounts,invoices and other fields at my website because i want to leave test mode.This is easy.
But how can i reset counters from all...

I ask for this because Viktor's code it is not complete for this change at Price. At listing types without field Price is not work correct.
