in previous versions of plugins everything worked fine without any key/regardless of the keys, but after the update of plugins it stopped...

If I use Yandex map do I need Google Map API?
In the previous versions of Location finder plugin I used Yandex map or OpenStreetMap and they worked good on the add listing page.
