Adding listings without signing up option need help to show login or signup page

Hello, every one I need help in Posting new ad. I change in admin CP in Basic Settings / Listings/Adding listings without signing up Disable and when I try to click on Add a listings button its shows me this message

Your account type doesn't offer the option to add listings.
