How to make existing plan a one-year fee plan

I have more than 1500 registered users on my Flynax board. Congrats to Flynax team for the great service they offer !

New users have to pay 10€ to register.
But I would like to put a fee on existing users. Something like 10€ every year to renew their account.

How can I do this ?

I went to "Membership plan" and edited my plan by :
- putting a 365 days duration instead of "0"
- making a "1 year" recuring subscribtion.

But it doesn't work, old members (more than one year old) can still post new ads without having to pay anything...

Any idea of what I am doing wrong ?

As from the beginning, the plan was free the old members can still add free listings because they still have cells from this plan

so the only way is to create a new plan

or it will require some customization to reset the remaining cells, for that you need to create a ticket

If I create a new plan, the yearly fee will apply only on the new members, not on the 1500 existing members right ?

Yes, you need to force your users to change their plan or do it yourself and deactivate the current one
