Unable to Add an Account and unable to remove a profile both from admin panel

Hi
Im having some troubles when trying to add and account from admin panel and the small wheel icon is keep rotating from about 10 mins without creating the account.
Also im having issue when im trying to remove a Profile, the profile is simple not deleting.
How can i solve these problems ? I also have revemed the cache from tmp and clear cache from browser and still not working. Im using latest version of the flynax escort agency script.
