Field-bound Boxes not showing the boxes created in Admin

Hello,

I have problem in this plugin and I think its a bug as I saw the change log in your website and you mentienond the same issue there in last relase as fixed but for me not yet fixed.

When I create Field-bound Boxes every thing is working fine, tell I save the box.
Once I save the box, I can not see it on the list.

Its working on the front end, but for sure without any images as I could not edit my icons.
I tried to refresh the Field-bound Boxes from the refresh panel with no luck.

Any one please can help to fix this till it will be fix in general?
