How can I align the payment history template so that it's equal columns, and the header is equal as well? I tried it a few times, it's driving me mad. :mad:
If anyone has a good eye, and can help fix this page, I surely appreciate it!

Ex: The header is not correct, and the columns below it are also out of alignment.
Edit: Also how can I add the link like in the flynax demo under the item?
