Should remove the text "Locked" in Category

Hello flynax,

Could you please remove the text "Locked" in Category in the next update.
I know you want end-users aware that those categories are locked (and cannot post listings to) BUT the button "Select Category" below does the job by disabling itself and the text appears redundant and somehow/sometimes makes customers confused that it is the category name but not meaning "locked category".

Alternatively, I changed the text in Language to  (the html entity of lock icon) to avoid modification of original code.
