google remove the App

Hello

I get a mail from google that says
Your app was removed from Google Play and won’t be available to users until you submit a policy compliant update.
and when i check the url what i set on google like :

https://YOUR-DOMAIN.com/privacy-policy.html

there was some problem with the url
when the langugae are the default you can see the policy !
but when you try to see with another language the page it won;t not load the policy
because on default page are loaded as :

https://YOUR-DOMAIN.com/privacy-policy.html

but with another language the page set the language ext between the domain and html page like :

https://YOUR-DOMAIN.com/en/privacy-policy.html

and the page are not loaded

how do i fix this ?
