Subcategories in escort template do not appear

Subcategories in escort template do not appear. In admin panel i am able to ad many level of subcategories but they do not appear in the front side
I tried on the demo site and is the same.

Already did. First i was told i am out of support after i sent print screens of this problem. Meanwhile i half solved it using FILTER plugin
Today Curtis replied me, telling that he can see the subcategories and there is no problem. Yes, of course he can see them , but that is with the help of Filter plugin( which is easy to recognize)

Does the sub have any listing on it? If not, may be you set it to not show if no listing was added?

A lot of listings in the subcategories.

Do you have the settings to show subcategories in the master categories set?

Can you please post a photo or video of your issues? I wonder if what you call a sub category is what I call a sub sub category.
