How To Have Subcategory For Property Type?

Hi,

I want to have different 'Property Type' than the ones provided in the default installation.

I want to have 3 types of property with many sub-categories for each type of property.

E.g.

(1) Condominium

1. (i) Executive

[list=2:p3737w54](ii) Penthouse[/list:o:p3737w54]

(2) Landed Property

1. (i)Bungalow

[list=2:p3737w54](ii)Semi Detached[/list:o:p3737w54][list=3:p3737w54](iii)Terrace[/list:o:p3737w54]

(3) Commercial

1. (i)Shophouse

[list=2:p3737w54](ii)Warehouse[/list:o:p3737w54]


I tried to look for property type categories but couldn't find it in the Categories section as it is under Data Formats section.

Can this be done in Data Formats Manager?

Actually Listing Types are fixed in the software. There are 4 types:
- Sale/Rent (General Listings)
- Services (Services Listings)
- Spares (Spares Listings)
- Advertising (Commercial Listings, displaying in Advertising block only)
So you may use 'Sale/Rent' type for 'Condominium', 'Spares' for 'Landed Property' and 'Services' as 'Commercial'.
Let me know if may idea isn't clear :) I will try to rephrase.
