Is it possible to set a condition to show listings only from the current user?

My idea is to use the booking plugin, so if a visitor selects a period from May 15 to May 25, system will show all available properties for rent/booking from all publishers/accounts available for that period, right?

So, if a visitor open a listing called "Listing A" published by account "A", can the "similar listings plugin" show only the listings from account A that are available for rent/booking only for the chosen period?
