When upgrading from 3.2 to 4 the DB Migration plugin doesn't appear to be working.
I've tried the new DB Migration plugin and it stops working when I try to import categories, accounts, listings. It tells me that I've imported other stuff like news, but there's nothing showing.
I'm not the only one that is having the same problem.
hmm still had no response yet from support. Have you had any luck yet
although have just noticed in my server control panel it has migrated the account avatars from version 3.2 what customers have uploaded. just no accounts lol.....unless they have but something is stopping them appear in admin and in frontend
Support have sorted this now, best to submit a support ticket if you have issues
