after submitting ads MYSQL ERROR

I get MYSQL ERROR on submittint ads

my customers sent me a email that he get error after submitting a new ads >the error message are > MYSQL ERROR
and i testet it out and get the same problem

what can i do to fix this ?

I had exactly the same error yesterday.
Today its working again.....
I was going to create a ticket and thought ill test it again.
Now its working again for some reason.

I have create a account
and posted as a member on the website
my first post was ok
but after i posted a new ads i got this error message
and i also can not see my first post on my profile

Can you provide your flynax version like 4.9.0 or 4.8.1, etc? Something like that, it would be easier to investigate.
