Change template

Hello everybody

I don't want to sound stupid but I don't know how to change the template. Currently I have Realty Signs on my website and I want to change it to Realty Wide or Map. Can anybody help me with a suggestion? Do I need to check something in the admin panel or change something in the database.

Upload your template to server to templates folder.

Then in admin/configurations there is an option to select template. So Choose template, Click save and reload browser
