Search box from General Wide template

Hi,

I'm trying to add the home page search box [ Keyword/Category Location/Distance Search ] from the General Wide template, to my Realty Map home page.

I've copied the code for the search box from the home_content.tpl and also the /*** HORIZONTAL SEARCH ***/ section in the style.css . But some of the fields are still missing.

Have I missed something out?

I am also looking for a way to the move the search block on the general wide homepage. In particular, I want to move the search form, category selector and search button into the top-navigation. Is there a smarty code for that, or do we have to move the entire code block such as in Spencers case?
