Multifield/Geofilter Plugin issue

Hello
my multi-field , geofilter plugin is working at only two levels , its showing country first , then provinces but nothing after it
it is not showing cities i have even added areas of city in one province from back end its not going beyond level 2
it only working until country -> province Unlike on the demo site which is showing country ->province ->city->areas

The reason is that you use old version of multi-field plugin

the new update is available for the scripts starting from 4.7.1

yours is 4.7.0

therefore you need to update your script
