Actually each category has Name and Title fields, name is appears as category name in categories list and as H1 title on category page.
Title uses as META title and as title tag on category link.
Do you create one more fields which will work for H1 tag only? and is it really reasonable?

Hi John,
Yes, it will be beneficial for the following reasons:
• SEO – You can insert a full phrase for which you want to rank well;
• (UX) User Experience – you can describe your category better that ONE word. This is good, when you have some users landing to your page from Google, rather than from category page.
In this case, it will be much better to say “Siamese Cats for Sale in New York” in H1, rather than just “Siamese” as specified the name of category.
