"Add an Event" next to "Add a listing" on mainmenu

How can i add a button/link for "+ Ad a Event" next to the "+ Ad a listing" in the main menu.

Also how can i change separator in the title from , to something else like |.

You can add it in file only. Go to ftp://templates>>your_template>>tpl>>menus and open file: main_menu.tpl

I want it to look like the ad a listing link with a + before it. I tried with class but it doesn't show :/

Maybe add this function in the future?
I can see that you can add an event thru your account menu. How else can you add and event on the site?
How do visitors know where/how to add an event?
