No Thumbnail image show in mobile

I have an issue while I'm browsing my website from mobile the main image or Thumbnail image is not showing.

By default, preview mode is not available on mobile

you need to click thumbnail to enlarge the image

How can i make it in preview mode by default. Is there a way from back-end code to changed. :D

actually, on premium templates they look bigger
