i can not Login as a member and admin

Hi

We have buy a new computer and install win 10 on it

and after finishing all the installation i try toconnect to my website on the backend but it don't let me in

after i have try to login as a regulare user to the board but didn let me in also as a regular user !

then i have request a reset code to the users mail
i recieved the mail and click also on the link to reset my password what was working fine but after trying login with my new password !

the website rejected again and says always password wrong and my all trys are finished and now i am blocked to login again
normally it should 1 hour for blocking but there are few hours gone and i still blocked

I try it also set my password on mysql but no way the board ont let me in ?

how can i fixed this ?

Are you using the correct keyboard language?

Do a search here it can be changed through your cpanel

i don't really know what was happend but i connected with a old computer and reset the password and then i copy the password in mysql to the admin user too and now i am able to login both computer
