Please help me with some customization

I am currently working on my site (LINK)

Could you please help me with the following 2 problems:

1. Even though I upload listings to the site, they dont appear when I perform a search
2. I would like to remove the step in the ad post process where the user has to select a plan - by default I would like all ads to be a part of the free plan
