Questions about package

I have a few questions regarding the package:
1. Limit use of listing package:
- I know that this is the number of times users can use plan. Is there anyway we can reset this counter for a periods of time. Like okey guys, you can use this N times for every month, or every 7-day or so.

2. Subscription:
- I can see that this function only work with paypal? If user paid via credit card it won't work I assume? Also if paid by paypal does this automatically charge user after set amount of duration like if a user paid for a $7 plan then after 10 days flynax set it so paypal charge user $7 dollar again?
