Hello Oslo,
You should build featured form for your general category. Please go to Admin Panel >> Categories find you general category and click build button and you will see 4 links:
Build Submit Form
Build Shot Form
Build Listing Title
Build Featured Form
Click last and build it and then refresh home page :)
