use Arabic charcter in usernam

how can I use Arabic character in the username field ???


I get this message
Notice: Use Latin characters and digits only.


I want to use Arabic names in this field
people how sing up in with facebook thier usernames appers with Arabic characters in the admin panel
username=محمد
the system and database is compatible with the Arabic characters

how can I enable the use of Arabic characters in username???

I will do it on my own risk
