Need Smart for (Listings by vendors & Listings by Individuals)

The way we have our website setup is just 2 accounts, regular accounts and seller accounts. We want to have 2 links on our home page that allows our users to immediately browse all sellers accounts listings (not the 'seller accounts page') or all regular account listings only. Logically our search results page will return both, But we want direct links to a page that would be only each of those.
