1. I think it will be customization to you. Please create a new ticket and we will discuss it there.
2. Go to Admin Panel >> Basic Settings >> Pictures and find the line: Image quality. I have changed from 70 to 90. Please try to upload an image again.

on number 1...what do you mean?
A lot of users can add images on the same banner space? But, one of the options in the banner plugin in List Boxes asks how many banners at once....???
