Show category only during post ad page...

Hello,

I would like to know is it possible to show a category only on the post ad page, so an ad can be posted to it, but not show it on the category pages. I just want the ads in this category to be searchable, but not show the actual category.

Where exactly you need to hide categories ?

you need to disable category boxes on pages (if exist) via Listings > Listing Types

and category field on category forms: Listing Title Form, Browse Form and Featured Form

also you can remove breadcrumbs on listing details page as users would not navigate to category pages:

ftp > templates > tpl > blocks > bread_crumbs.tpl
