IP Geo Location problem after update 2.0.1

Hi,

after updating IP Location Database 2.0.1 I've some problems with IP Geo Location plugin.

1. when I aktivate IP Geo Location plugin, it turns automatically to inactive.

2. Cookie policy doesn't work

How can I fix it?
