How I can to delete to under arrows and set it on the side of picture to slide with these.

If it's ok for you need to change 2 styles:
Open file: ftp://templates>>your_template>>css>>style.css
find class:
div.gallery > div.thumbs > div.prev,
div.gallery > div.thumbs > div.next {

and change style:
from: top: 11px;
to top: -290px;

then find class: div.gallery > div.thumbs > div.slider
and change style:
from: margin: -23px 73px 0;
to: margin: -23px 0px 0;

save and check again.

By default, click on image will slide it to next image. Just there are no arrows on larger image. This could be user friendly improvement. I vote for it.
