Category Structure Recommendations

I am very new to Flynax so pardon my noob question.

I am setting up a Real Estate website and wanted to get recommendations to set up my category structure

I am wondering which of the following structures are correct or would you suggest a different structure?

Listing Type: Property

- Homes (Parent Category: Property)
- Apartments (Parent Category: Homes)
- Condos (Parent Category: Homes)
- Etc...

- Commercial Property (Parent Category: Property)
- Apartment Complex (Parent Category: Commercial Property)
- Business (Parent Category: Commercial Property)
- Etc...

- Land (Parent Category: Property)
- Agriculture Land (Parent Category: Land)
- Beachfront Land (Parent Category: Land)
- Etc...
.................................................. ...

Listing Type: Homes

- Apartments (Parent Category: Homes)
- Condos (Parent Category: Homes)

Listing Type: Commercial Property

- Apartment Complex (Parent Category: Commercial Property)
- Business (Parent Category: Commercial Property)

If those are all categories you have then go with 3 listing types is better since it will have separated search forms for each, rather than one search form in the first case.
