I have to ask this here as nobody is answering on the live chat although the status is online.
How paid support has to be paid?
I bought the licence and I didn't continue my support the second month. How can I pay for it now?
I have a invoice for November and I can't find how to get a new one starting from today.

Probably, there was downtime between the shifts. You may give another try. I also would like to note that chat is not available to users with no support.
As for extending support, you may find any pending support invoice and pay it; support will start from the date of payment.
