How to change first view in homepage search at property template

Hi all,

I use the property template realty wide, and if i startup the website, there should be first search optie " rent " instead of " sale". So the users first search should be the rent results.

But, it starts up with the "sale" search option, so I want to swap this. Its a site for rental houses, with a option to buy some houses. The main thing is thus rent.

Second question, how can I start with my home country, in the search box. I saw this on the flynax demo site, and it show up my country ( Netherlands)

So if someone know the answers, should be perfect, thanks.
