Sellers other Ads is not displayed

Hi all. Can you please tell me why the link to Sellers other Ads is not displayed.
Also, the link to view the Sellers/Agents page is missing from the bottom menu.
I wanted to add, but writes that this page already exists, but I can't find it in the admin panel... I updated to 4.9.2, - nothing has changed.

Hello,

Make sure that:

- the options 'Generate individual pages for users of this type' and 'Build URLs of individual pages in subdirectories' are enabled in your account type

- the account type page is active in Content > Pages
