Ignoring Posts

I am not the complaining type and I know that the Flynax team is very busy trying to perfect this great software but I think a little bit more can be done when replying to forum posts. I once heard that there is no such thing as a stupid question and many of us who ask questions in this forum need the answer so we can better enable our website for our customers. Some of us would just like a little yes or no if what we are requesting is possible, just some sign so we can know if our questions are being acknowledged and not ignored.

Yes you are right we are busy but we are trying to answer to all who ask us about something. May be sometimes we skip your posts and we are sorry for that. If you will see post 2-3-4 days without response UP it or create a ticket.
