Category Icons shows strange marks

I tried to add ICONS to the categories by using the CATEGORY ICONS plugin, but I got very strange marks will displaying it in the Make/Model content box???

Second: I think it will great if the plugin could have an option to disable displaying the name text and replace it with the icon, so icons are only shown.

Can you help me???

1-st solution: you can remove background.
2-nd: you can change gallery.png file or create new img with dots.

But you should be very careful and create backup.
